Adding spice to your diet – Cumin, cayenne pepper and chilli peppers can increase blood flow, increase circulation and give an instant boost to you libido! Curry leaves added to a meal, brings heat to your whole body, this in turn can make your sex organs a little more sensitive. It’s true! Why not try spinach. Delicious and full of fibre, calcium, and nearly your entire day’s recommended dosage of beta carotene, a nutrient vital for a good immune-system and good vision. If you’re not a spinach fan, add a handful to a smoothie.
But remember boys, you really are what you eat. And that’s why some days, you end up feeling more like a jam donut rather than lean, healthy and fit , but you probably already know that? But the truth is, that’s just not enough. Your diet needs to be varied, rich in all the vitamins and minerals.

Tips on Avoiding Stress

  1. Try avoiding caffeine and sugar for a while, to see how this affects their mood. Think about your sugar levels

  4. Don’t be afraid to head to the doctors… go and get checked out!!!

  • 2 cups coconut water
  • 1 banana

  • Handful of soaked almonds

  • Half a cup of muesli or porridge oats
